The shipping rates are only good for the United States and do not ship outside U.S. except for Canada and contact for shipping prior to placing order. We ship using USPS and use First Class, Parcel Post (liquids are shipped Parcel) and Priority for best cost effective way unless special arrangements have been made. We are trying through the web site to figure Shipping Charges as accurate as possible and there are going to be times shipping is figured incorrectly and when we find this at Shipping time we will Refund any amounts that are figured $1.00 over the amount figured. (Shipping comes out to $4.50 and the system figured $5.50 there is no refund. If shipping comes to $4.50 and system figured $6.00 there would be a refund of $1.50.) If any questions with shipping rate please contact us as we are striving to keep Shipping Rates as low as possible and accurate but with small items sometimes can be very difficult so do not hesitate to email any questions.

Incorrect, Lost or Damaged Goods
We take care in our shipping and pack very carefully and double check it is going to proper location. Sometimes things do happen so if you ever have a problem when goods arrive notify use immediately within 3 days failure to do so may void any responsibility we may have had.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover via PayPal using our secure online shopping cart. Checks or money order may be used by contacting via email and getting total for your order or printing out the order for Here.

Return Policy
We want your customer satisfaction and there is a 30 day money back guarantee on all retail orders. We are sorry but we cannot accept any used product for money back, so any unused product return with original invoice and a note stating reason for the return and when product arrives we will refund you purchase price. Shipping and handling charges for product sent and returned are not refundable. It is best to submit an email before returning and we will get right back to you about the return.

Privacy
We do not like it when companies share our information so we will in no way share yours with out you permission. We will use your information for our purpose to notify you about your order, special promotions and new items arrival.

Product Availability
Sometimes due to circumstances items may be listed on the web site that may not be available at the time of your order. If this happens we will notify you that the item is not available and if we offer something that is similar we may discuss with you about a substitute. We will not ship a substitute item with out your prior permission.
